Closure help
Tell us what did not work
Closure types are personal. A magnet that one person finds effortless is one another cannot separate. Describe the movement and what went wrong, and we will tell you which of ours might work — or that we do not have one.
We don't ask about your diagnosis
We only need to know which movement is difficult. There is no field on this form for a diagnosis, a condition or a disability type, and no field in our system that could store one.
We don't give medical advice
We know about our own garments and nothing else. We do not give medical, therapeutic or rehabilitation advice, and we will not suggest that any garment treats, prevents or improves anything.
Describe the movement
If a closure turns out to be wrong
If the closure turns out to be wrong for you, tell us what didn't work. We'll say which of our other closures might, or that we don't have one.
This is in addition to your 14-day right of withdrawal. It does not replace it and it does not shorten it. Right of withdrawal
How we rate closing force
Light
Pulls together on its own from about 8 mm apart. A finger and a thumb are enough.
Medium
Holds under a coat or a lap belt. Separating it takes a deliberate pull.
Two hands
One hand holds the fabric while the other works the closure. We mark these clearly.
