You can report a fault for three years from delivery. For the first two years, if something is wrong, we have to show it was not faulty when you got it. Faults and complaints.

What the structure does

  • Seven light-force magnets down the front placket.
  • One side seam opens on a loop-pull zip from hem to underarm.
  • With the side open the shirt lays flat enough to put on without lifting the arms.
  • Back hem extended so the shirt stays down when seated.

Where it stops working

  • Two different closures means two things to learn. Most people use one and ignore the other.
  • The side zip still has to be started at the hem.

    Pulls together on its own from about 8 mm apart. A finger and a thumb are enough.

  • Medium

    Holds under a coat or a lap belt. Separating it takes a deliberate pull.

    One hand holds the fabric while the other works the closure. We mark these clearly.

Care

Close every magnetic fastener before washing. Wash at 40 °C or below and do not iron over a magnet. Keep the garment away from cards with magnetic stripes, hearing aids and other small electronic devices while it is being washed and dried.

Seated measurements — tops

These are seated measurements. They are not the same as a standing size chart, so please measure rather than assume. If you are between two sizes, tell us and we will say which one we would send.

Seated chest
Sitting upright, measure right round the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape level under the arms.
Seated back length
Sitting upright, measure down the spine from the bone at the base of the neck to the seat of the chair.
Sleeve length
With the elbow bent as it rests, measure from the shoulder point along the outside of the arm to the wrist.
