You can report a fault for three years from delivery. For the first two years, if something is wrong, we have to show it was not faulty when you got it. Faults and complaints.

What the structure does

  • Rectangular quilted panel, 92 cm by 68 cm.
  • Two flat webbing straps with light-force magnetic tabs.
  • Straps are cut short on purpose so nothing hangs toward the wheels.
  • Not a blanket: it fastens rather than being laid over.

Where it stops working

  • The straps hold it in place but do not hold it tight. It will shift over a long day.
  • Check the width against your chair. The cover is not meant to hang over the sides.

Close every magnetic fastener before washing. Wash at 40 °C or below and do not iron over a magnet. Keep the garment away from cards with magnetic stripes, hearing aids and other small electronic devices while it is being washed and dried.

Seated measurements — capes and covers

These are seated measurements. They are not the same as a standing size chart, so please measure rather than assume. If you are between two sizes, tell us and we will say which one we would send.

Seated back length
Sitting upright, measure down the spine from the bone at the base of the neck to the seat of the chair.
Front drop
Sitting down, measure from the shoulder down the front to the top of the knee. Measure again to where your footplate sits, and compare it with the front drop below.
Width across
Sitting down, measure straight across from one outer edge of the chair to the other at seat height.
